Words fail...
When I realize
That the least among us
Was purchased by God
With the highest possible Price.
By Love laid bare
In open shame
On a splintered cross
That He might gain
The lost creation
He had made.
His Love expressed
By His own pain.
No rusty nails
Could hold Him there.
By Love alone
He was compelled
No Greater Love
Than shown by deed.
But that my Lord
Has died for me.
