If I who has nothing can
give all my heart
To love and to cherish
from this one day to start;
In endless depths
of eternal grace,
This love that is found,
from the highest held place!
If heaven's abundance
and brilliance
we find..
It's his radiance of blessings,
that abound into life!
If in heaven alone we should abide
To see how it is he,
who spreads his robes wide
He covers all in an unfathomed
peace,
as his bride and his children
He loves boundlessly
How God esteems us in wonder
His grace you can see
In the heights of the hillsides,
to the lowliest seeds.
So, If I who had nothing
could give just one gift
It's the promise of goodness,
Through eternity you'll live
By the glory of heaven,
I believe
And I pray
That your heart
could know eternity,
Forever unchanged
So If I who has nothing,
could search
All the earth,
For a gift in all measure
of unbridled worth
It's a love song to sing
over your soul right now,
from the glory of heavenly
blessings endowed
For I who had nothing,
has found all the gold,
of a beauty forever
As His mercy unfolds.
He reigns over hearts,
in a love light to shine
He, the God of creation,
he is yours,
He is mine!
His stately prescence
you'll declare ever more,
In receiving this gift
of his love that endures.
To simply to know truth,
There's one thing you can do
It's to call out to Jesus,
he's calling for you.
So if I who has nothing,
could give just one gift..
It's this promise of tomorrow;
that in him you will live..
Such Godly assurance
and peace evermore,
in knowing that Jesus
Is Your saviour,
and Lord.
The cost it is nothing
but your souls whole own trust,
to know a God who adores you,
could never hold you enough.
He sent out his son
for your hearts own peace,
that you'd open your eyes,
To his sacrifice redeemed
If someone could love you
As you've sought long to find,
Just open your mind
Beyond any reason or rhyme..
It's God of salvation,
and lover of truth,
he's justice and goodness,
He's living waters run through..
He's the depths of your soul,
His love healing made whole..
He's grace in all wonder
His story still told
So if I who had nothing
could give just one gift,
it's in the richness and fullness
of God's loving care
That you'll live. :)

God bless~
The title would be more grammatically correct as "If I Who Have Nothing," and that threw me off for a moment.
This was so tenderly sincere, and such a privilege to read.
"if you love me, keep my commandments."
It is easier for me to read a story poem when the lines are about the same length. This takes some work and thought.
Your progression of thought is good. Some of the stanzas are of different length. This is usually easier fixed.
The world needs more poets.
I'm not great with poetry, but if it makes me feel the message it's a hit with me and you did that. Keep writing!
