Broken and contorted too
Your neighbor toes one through three
Are swollen purple that I see
What I shall I do for woe is me
I cry and wail oh poor piggy
The step walked into piggy’s path
A science problem maybe math
Surely not my fault is it
How could it be, I’m so fit
Why should I have blue toes for me
I cry and wail oh poor piggy
I wonder God King David be
Liz, Paul, Luke or Judge Debbie
If they had a piggy blue
Who might it be that they would sue
What song did they when broken be
I cry and wail oh poor piggy.
One week has passed and piggy is
Much better than a froggy’s kiss
Along life I limp and walk
My toes are colored turnip tops
A swollen piggy stares at me
I cry and wail oh poor piggy.
My feet do walk a fashion mile
In shoes designed in Piggy Style
They’re flip flop types of a sort
So I don’t walk a clown’s contort
They soften concrete’s hardened sea
I cry and wail oh poor piggy.
But broken too a piggy is
God’s quirky gift that’s all His
A laugh for piggy from above
Flies down to me on a dove
And Heals better than a doctor fee
I cry and wail oh poor piggy.
Little piggy’s well no pain
And all toes bright pink again
I shout amen and dance about
No longer is my face a pout
The step God banished far from me
My little piggy is now free.
