In Matt 12:25 Jesus was talking about the Pharisees not believing He was the son of David, they believed He had power because they saw the things He did,
but they called Him Beelzebub! Jesus knew their thoughts and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or
house divided against itself shall not stand: strattling the fence.
If we continue to live as the world does then we don’t know Him. (1Jn 1:6) If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not the truth: "Oh" but to live in that light with a loving God that gives us the power and the freedom to live in this sinful world of disgrace, to be that light the shining example of Him. That's what should be in the child of God, a heart for Him a love to die for. The trouble with today's Christian is they keep looking for quick fixes that come from the lies of the world. (2 Co 6:14) Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
I heard this question asked one Sunday or maybe it was a statement anyway it went like this; Just because you don't feel the Spirit doesn’t mean He's not here! This really got me thinking I could not get the statement out of my mind, I've pondered it over and over again, was this meant for an individual? Was it meant for the congregation? Was it just part of the message? I know I was paying attention maybe it was for me! Could it have been a word from the Holy Spirit to search my own heart to take a look, deep into the meaning of what it means to be a partaker. Thank you Lord! Oh what favor we have as children of God, of all the many promises Jesus said we could have I have to say the comforter is one of my favorites! As if a child of God could have just one favorite promises. John 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
Getting back to the issue at hand (strattling the fence) there is no such thing as strattling the fence with the Lord, you are either a child of light or a child of darkness! It is a sad state of affairs in the church world today because those very things worldly views and values are being taught by false teachers!
"Oh my" the time is drawing closer to the day of our Lords return. Those things which are recorded in the Bible are happening NOW! So does the Spirit show up to the person who comes to church on Sunday and lives in the world the rest of the week? Can the Spirit be where there is no anointing? No I don’t believe that for second can He show up at any time to that person and convict them and lead them to the cross Yes! He is God! So here are my finale thoughts on the statement; "Just because you don't feel the Spirit doesn’t mean He is not here!" I believe if you are a child of God you always have the Spirit of God because He lives in you He is part of you He lives in your heart and operates through you by the power of the blood that Christ shed on the cross for you! So, I guess a better question to ask is; Are you a child of God or do you strattle the fence?

I especially loved this part: "Just because you don't feel the Spirit doesn’t mean He is not here!" I believe if you are a child of God you always have the Spirit of God because He lives in you He is part of you He lives in your heart and operates through you by the power of the blood that Christ shed on the cross for you.." Amen. Thank you for this.
God Bless~
You may want to enlist in a challenge buddy to help you catch some typos like straddling instead of strattling, final instead of finale. You also may want to put the Bible verses in italics so they stand out more.
I enjoy articles that make me think and you did ask some great questions to help the reader to look deep and figure out what she believes. Nice job.
