I am baptized into Christ and I am a new creation in Him,
Delivered from the heavy chains of unforgiveness and sin;
Engrafted into The Vine my identity is in Jesus Christ.
Nevertheless something happened and I paid a great price:
Telling myself that I would never deny Jesus is the Christ,
I fell into the enemy's trap and said "Only when pigs fly!"
Taking that proud stand left a weakness the enemy exploited;
Yielding to the temptation of lust, I almost was destroyed.

Terrified because I was ensnared by my wrong choices to sin;
Held captive by cackling devils who thought they had me again.
Emptying myself as I repented of all of my sin in that prison:
Freedom returned and my soul soared again on eagle's wings.
Today as I testify I praise and worship The King of Kings!

Well done! The way you crafted this with the message was brilliant. That crazy paradoxical game of who we are, how impossible it seems at times that we could ever go back to sin, but the deceitfulness of sin-and above all that, the glorious constant mercy of God.

Amen. Strong and moving testimony to how amazing our God is!

God bless~

I love the Bible process in this writing. (It is according to scripture.)

I admire the time you took to choose the correct words to make up the title.

The length of the lines also gave it good balance and made it easy to read.

Very nice.
