it made me feel so free.
I park myself on a bench
under an old oak tree.
I could be at the baseball park
or even with wild game.
My friend parked his car
rushing over he called my name.
He parked his briefcase next to me
as he parked himself there too.
He took me down memory lane
when we parked behind the zoo.
Now you can see how many ways
we can use one word.
That's how evil catches you
confusing what you've heard.
The Father gives us some ways
to stop the devil cold.
With some simple words from you
he does what he is told.
Get thee behind me Satan
is all you have to say.
If you believe the words you've said
he must run away.
With your trust in the Father
He'll light up the dark.
You can never come to see Him
finding no place to park.
