Our Creator has given us numerous food choices loaded with vitamins and minerals.
Man has added his choices to suit his taste, i.e. sugar, fat, salt, to
God's menu which can cause an early demise if eaten regularly.
The choices we make are important not only to our temporal lives, but also to our eternal lives.
God's Holy Word is our daily and eternal nutrition guide.
One of the first choices to whet our soul's appetite is, "Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good." (Psalm 34:8)
The Lord teaches us to pray, "Give us this day our daily bread." (Matthew 6:11)
Bread varieties abound, however He cautions us with "I am the bread of life." (John 4:48)
"I am the living bread which came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever; and the bread that I give is my flesh, which I shall give for the life of the world." (John 4:51)
"Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day." (John 4:54)
Are you feeling hungry now?
"Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled." (Matthew 5:6)
"Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help, Whose hope is in the Lord his God ... who gives food to the hungry." (Psalm 146:5 & 7)
Our Nutritionist tells us, "It is written, 'Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.'" (Matthew 4:4)
As you partake from God's menu for eternal health you will agree with the psalmist who tasted and said, "How sweet are Your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth." (Psalm 119:103)
Spiritual sweets are included in God's diet.
Today's economy and current drought conditions have resulted in soaring food prices.
No problem.
"Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear Him ... and to keep them alive in famine." (Psalm 33:18 & 19)
"I have been young and now am old; Yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his descendants begging bread." (Psalm 37:27)
It is required that foods be labeled showing the nutritional value which assists us in making right choices.
Heavenly warnings benefit us as well.
"For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gift and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit, and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come, if they fall away, to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the Son of God, and put Him to an open shame." (Hebrews 6:4-6)
"Therefore, laying aside all malice, all deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and all evil speaking, as newborn babes, desire the pure milk of the word, that you may grow thereby, if indeed you have tasted that the Lord is gracious." (I Peter 2:1-3)

My only suggestion might be to limit it to 2 or 3 and then go into greater detail to show the reader how that verse relates to life today. Unfortunately, many people will feel overwhelmed by so much Scripture and might skim over it.
I really like the message you showed. It is true that we may fret and worry way more about our physical body than we do about our spirit. I liked how your ending came full circle. Nice job.
Thank you.
God bless~
