I don’t just serve
No I thrive on Life
I am not afraid to take that leap into the
Abyss of scary newness
How else will I grow
The fresh air of the night gently caresses my foot
Fulfillment encompasses me
Oh how I enjoy the simple things
The night sky is more beautiful the more I see its mystery its greatness
The trees cast their unique shadows on the
Clouded night sky reaching up into the heavens
To make a claming quiver up my spine
Wow the scary mystery of it
How much grandeur than me the landscape is
I wonder how it all really relates to me
I look up and even though it’s a cloudy night I still feel its gracious mystery and abundance
What is the divine trying to tell me
The fullness of my heart when I see the gentle sway of the night’s trees as if to say
Sleep now, rest in harmony and solitude for tomorrow will start fresh and clean
The sun will arise with a new plan for the day everything is changing and staring a new
Love everything beyond this world beyond the here and now
Love for the unknown consumes my thoughts
There is so much more than this
I age with time each new wrinkle
Bringing a memory that follows like
A map of my life on my face for all to see
My soul whispers to the night sky
When will we be one
When will we merge
Mystery and wisdom coincide to
Thoroughly understand life’s abundant knowledge
My thirst for knowledge overwhelms me
I grow tired from a long day
I close my eyes and I will awaken
To a new promise, a new sunrise
Life is calling to me
Life is telling me
I can be happy
Just being me
