Chips and Dip,
Hamburgers and Fries,
Candy and Popcorn,
And more to try.

To the arches at noon,
Approach the King this eve,
Slide and drive through,
Will temptation then leave?

Another morsel so smooth---
That melts in my mouth.
How delicious it tastes,
Will I be found out?

I'll finish my scoop,
Then go to bed,
Or, maybe a cupcake
Before I slumber and wake.

So, Mrs. B, let's take your weight;
How much do you walk each day?
Try to drop ten, certainly you can,
By the time I see you again.

Lord, I pray for strength,
Wisdom and self-control.
Let me be a witness
Of the right way to go.

Ask and it will be given to you,
Seek and you will find;
Knock and the door will be opened to you.*
Hallelujah, I'm taking the climb!
