Go into battle with raised armor.
Do not go forth without consideration, without notion.
Tread not where the path is wavered
And totters with doubt and wondering,
Rather, step into the grid forged with iron,
And stand steadfast within the prisms of strength.
Gaze into the abyss of knowing,
Where the seed of wisdom becomes your lance of assurance.
Call out from the depths of your heart to the Almighty Creator
And welcome God’s answer through canyons of trust.
He will guide you in safety,
Relinquishing gathered idleness and frivolity.
The forest cultivated by destruction
Has claimed the essence of many lives.
Discontent lures the unprepared from sheltered sanctuary.
Rest in peace and draw your strength from Jesus,
Welcome the embrace of wisdom,
Await the swell of God’s love to elevate your vision.
Bring your finger to your lips,
Listen with ears seeking the quenching silence,
And swell your lungs with gusto and might,
For God shall protect you.
March the good march of reality
And seek wisdom in unity with the Holy Spirit.
