All dimples and lashes to flash and swirl,
Adam certainly found her charming,
Our very First Lady was purely disarming.
Imagine a nymph with long flowing hair,
A killer smile and an electric air,
Eyes so blue they completed the sky,
With an innocent look to be a tad sly.
Though Adam loved his sinless existence,
To exotic Eve there was little resistance,
She gave him a wink with eyes of a dance,
Saying “Come, my love, dare take a chance!”
Forbidden to eat from the Knowledge tree,
To remain in God's favor and ever to be,
Adam and Eve in Eden's great cove,
A utopian life with God's great love.
Giving Adam a come hither look,
Apple in hand with a finger crook,
Poor Adam never knew what hit him,
He bit the apple and Satan bit them!
Satan was born of the jealous type,
He thought with sin God's love he would swipe,
Inventing temptation with naive Eve,
For the fallen couple to make God grieve.
At the bite of the apple sin was born,
Their pact with God was suddenly torn,
Adam and Eve were rightfully banished,
Out of Eden they suddenly vanished.
Oh yes dear Eve was surely a beauty,
Who made dear Adam betray his duty,
Of love and trust to the Holy Father,
To speak of the truth they didn't bother.
Exotic Eve was cunning indeed,
In Adam she planted a sinful seed,
After he'd told the abominate fib,
Adam wished Eve was still his rib.

I loved this whimsical read and look at First Lady Eve.
You've managed to create a fun take on Eve and in the process, penned a lot of truths!
