She knew that she wasn't allowed to take her mother's boat away from the dock.
Molly loved fishing; she always jumped when she caught a fish.
Molly's mother, Mrs. Branch was looking for her daughter. Molly had choir practice that day at church.
But, there were no signs of Molly. Mrs. Branch started to worry. She asked the choir members had they seen Molly? But, they all replied, no.
Molly was always disobedient to her mother. She never likes going to church, and she didn't like being on the Teen's Choir. The Lord blessed Molly with a good voice.
Molly was raised up in church, and she got saved at the age of fourteen. Molly is sixteen. She want to hang out with the young teens that doesn't mean her any good.
While Mrs. Branch and the teen's choir were praying, the July storm had worsening.
The lights outside started blinking on and off. After praying Mrs. Branch, waited for and hour in hoping Molly would walk into the church. It was getting late and the Teens Choir went home. Mrs. Branch went too.
Mrs. Branch turned on the radio to listen for the weather. The weather hadn't gotten any better. By this time, Mrs. Branch asked the Lord to forgive her? She told the Lord that she had built up so much anger inside, that she could explode. She broke down and cried out to the Lord.
When she was finish, she heard someone taping on her door. Mrs. Branch asked, "who was it" and the voice behind the door said, "I am the police, and I heard that you was looking for your daughter Molly; we have Molly and her friends at the station. They were rescued in a lifeboat. We had some lifeguards that saw them in the boat. And their boat had turned over. But, they are safe.
You can come down to the station and pick her up. Please bring some dry clothes." The first thing Mrs. Branch did was to praise and thank the Lord for bring Molly back.
When Mrs. Branch saw Molly, she hugged her and she told her, we will talk at home.
When Molly got into bed, Mrs. Branch sat on the edge, and she told Molly "never to do that again. She also said to Molly, I never thought that I had so much anger built up inside, that I was ready to put you into a home." You much listen to me, and do as I say. I want you to return back to the teens choir, and I want you in church on Sundays. You have to leave those friends alone. They don't mean you any good Molly. What do you have to say? Mother,
I will from now on go to all of my choir meetings .You will see me on Sundays and any other days that there is church. I am very sorry mother, and I know those friends doesn't mean me any good. I asked God to forgive me of all the things that I have done to you. And please make me a better Christian. Mother I know in order for me to get my blessing from God, I have to first " Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his
Righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Matthew 6:33
I must learn too, Molly. Let all bitterness, and wrath and anger, and clamour, evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: Ephesians 4:31
