I suppose we all have heard the importance of fellowship; of joining together hearts with a group of christians. Yet, it seems, sometimes we begin to fall away in our selfish desires. I hated the gossip that swirled around in our church between these groups. I hated the seperation I felt. I know that not every church is like this, but I know it can be an issue. When I look back I can see that it started long ago. You have to catch it in those early stages of Sunday school.
I suppose that for many this would not be the direction their thoughts would take when thinking about Sunday school. But it remains in the painful recesses of my mind. Not that I love these people any less, but my heart weeps for how far we have gotten away from the true meaning of learning.
How can one concentrate on learning about their savior if they are so busy worrying about who sits beside them? And equally, how can we draw people into this family, if we are seperated from one another? I suppose it is a matter of how we perceive.
I have always been the silent type, making sure that I was disliked by no one. Yet, now I realize my mistake. I still struggle with shyness, but I no longer struggle with doubt about where I belong. In church I only belong to His Kingdom. I have learned to take more than one glance at a person, even if first impressions are not great. I have learned, not toleration, but simply love.
Christ did not pick his disciples from one group of people. He had fishermen and taxmen. He had those of quiet nature, and those who were hotheaded. And so, in my effort to strive to be more like Him, I will associate myself in fellowship with all. I will recognize the importance of Sunday school for what it truly is. I come to learn about Christ, and how I can better serve Him.

I suggest that you leave off the first sentence--a general rule is not to tell your readers what you're going to tell them--just tell them! And I believe you meant "cliques" instead of "cliches".
