A believer since childhood, God led me through physical and emotional pain, a divorce after 30-years of marriage, disabling surgeries, financial loss, and depression. After losing "my world", I found FaithWriters. God is using FWs to heal me as I tell my stories.
My education came through raising two sons, typing for my husband's theology & counseling degrees, being a pastor's wife and worship leader, going on a mission trip to India, becoming a step-mother after age 50, and now through my grandchildren.
As an executive assistant at a Bible college, church, denominational district office, and two Fortune-500 companies, I had many writing opportunities. Those projects however, were not personal. My name was rarely attached to my words. Now, my writing has taken me done a new path. It's become one of obedience laced with uncertainty and grace.
Remarried, to a writer and former pastor, Ken encourages me to share what God's redemptive mercy has taught me through the difficulties and blessings of my life.
