Psalm 1263
It’s okay, Father,
It really is okay if they don’t cry ,
Because I want my tears that fall to count as theirs
That they might not be charged.
It’s here in these times like these where I’m left alone with You,
Your wisdom and power are displayed.
Thank You for standing by me, Father.
There was a feeling of hopelessness that is being washed away.
For when the odds are against me,
It doesn’t mean that all is lost.
For You are greater than anything or anyone here in this place,
and Your power and might shine through in a wonderful way.
I ask Father, that you teach me to overcome every obstacle by Your power.
this is exactly what I need to succeed in this life.
Everything I do in this life without You falls short and is deficient in some way.
So I ask, Father, that You fill every aspect.
I’m so glad to know that when I do suffer, You are there,
and what a comfort it is.
I ask, Father, the same comfort that you give to me
Help me share it with others.
All that I ask I ask in Jesus’ name,
Amen.
