It’s not a hard thing to ask
Just come, rest, sit on my lap
Be, my child, still and waiting
Align your will to My heart
Let go of your grown up ways
Loving Me is child’s play
Lean in to Me and just breathe
I will breath back into you
See with eyes of child like faith
I am Good, I never change
Cease, my child, wait in silence
Agree with My sovereignty
Let your reason and doubt fade
Trusting Me is child’s play
Stay my child, abide in Me
Jesus paid for your freedom
Lift your eyes and see My face
Full of mercy, full of grace
Rest, my child, all is finished
No more striving for your worth
Night is vanquished by the Day
Faith in Me is child’s play
Please believe Me when I say
Loving Me, Trusting Me, Faith in Me
Is child’s play
