What a special place to be
With all of seasons’ changes
As a splendid panoply.
Where winter’s white is dazzling
When diamonds ice the trees,
And snow piled high is rich delight
In nature’s chilling freeze.
Where spring and summer, pictures paint
Against a green background
Varieties of gorgeous shrubs
And flowers all around.
Where fall spreads quilt of brilliant tints,
A comforter of colors,
As reds and golds and oranges
Add highlights to the others.
Neighbor to the Ocean—
What an awesome dwelling place,
When early morning sunrise
Is bedazzling ocean’s face.
Where beaches stretch out endlessly
In golden strands of sand,
And constantly do frothy waves
Go rushing onto land.
Where sun and moon leave images,
Their own selves in reflection,
Upon the ocean’s surfaces
In shimmering perfection.
With views of mountains and of sea
My heart’s eyes are awakened
To wondrous scenes so beautiful
That only God could make them.
How could I ever make a choice
For which to be my neighbor?
I want to live by both of them
So each one I can savor.

Technically speaking, for structured verse, the meter is a bit inconsistent, but I didn't find that it diminished the overall effect.
I think you made outstanding use of slant rhymes.
I hope this does well!
I'll sure this will garner attention from the judges.
Blessings~
I love the concept for this poem. I'm adding it to my favorites.
