I read a true story once of warriors who came to kill a group of missionaries. But they dropped their spears and ran away in fright. One came back the next day to ask, "Who were those tall men with swords behind you?" The warrior was informed they were angels. Intrigued, he wanted to know more. Once converted, that warrior witnessed to others in his village and many more came to know Christ.
It inspires awe to realize how well we are protected by our angels. Thank you for the reminder.
This is beautiful. Poetry isn't my favorite genre, but this piece is definitely one of my favorites I've read, this week, thus far. It flows from the page right into my heart and blesses me in ways I could never explain.

I often envision angels with me when things are scary while driving or shopping. Even though I can't see them, it's comforting to know that God is watching over me.
Congratulations on your EC! Happy Dance! (You're right, you are making me like poems more and more each time I read a piece of yours. You're awesome. ?)
