a tycoon smirks while surveying the scene
Unemployment lines clear out the door
a refrigerator box is now someone's home
A drunkard kills an innocent five year old
first-time offense a slap on the wrist and a test
A foreclosure sign pitched deep in the earth
a family of five moves out with no place to go
Abortion discussions right and left
an embryo or life haven't decided yet
Gay marriages on the rise no opinion so
be quiet and let's all be politically correct
A vampire movie a tremendous hit
a sexual book on the best seller list
Reality shows loud indecent and profane
a number one hit today that’s for sure
No compassion for our fellow man
turmoil and chaos a familiar scene
A baby is clearly on the way but no
need to get married this is 2012
On the throne in heaven high in the sky
He's watching with tears in His eyes
All this going on and more
please my dear God forgive us all...
