TOWER

"The LORD is my ROCK, and my Fortress, and my deliverer. My God, my strength, in whom I will trust, my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my HIGHTOWER - Psalm 18:2 "KJV"


"The LORD is my Strength and my HIGHTOWER"

So, what is a tower if it is not built with strength? or of solid rock for protection, to guard, to ward off the enemy who roars like a lion?

"The LORD is my Strength and my HIGHTOWER."

Is not the name of the LORD (YHVH) the solid ROCK? Whose
essence is like a Tower? For what is our strength for it is likened unto a molecule in the vastness of eternity? The LORD is our strength and HIS strength is in his TOWER. His TOWER is our Salvation, and our salvation is YESHUAH.

"The LORD is my strength and my HIGHTOWER"

Could we ask for better protection? A fortress on high? The solid ROCK of eternity? His TOWER is our TOWER. A tower that saves and protects. Whose mortar bleed for our sins and redemption made. His sword is in his right hand and thus has devoured the enemy. Is it not better to fall upon the TOWER, than the TOWER fall upon us? Ponder and think upon these words.

This would make a great devotion. You did a nice job of delivering a clear message while writing on topic. My one piece of advice might be not to mention the topic word so much. Some of the strongest pieces can be on topic without ever mentioning the topic word. You did a nice job of bringing it full circle and I could easily see this as a devotion for FW daily devotions. Good job.
