Oh my God, oh my God, what have we done to our Lord?
Oh my God, our Lord Jesus, is it more than we could afford?
All man is in violation of Lord God’s laws.
A debt of sin for man to see his flaws.
Even priests profane the law, it’s a crime.
Breaking rules, contracts, promises on a dime.
God is the Husbandman of this earth.
Given for His creatures to find rebirth.
For His due, His prophets He would send.
God, doing all for man with paths to mend.
God sent His prophets, many through time.
The malefaction done, all slime and grime.
Father ended up sending His begotten Son.
To save man from his sin, Jesus did come.
Reverence to the Son, Jesus, was not shown.
But know that Jesus is never left all alone.
The transgressions of man can be forgiven.
All man can hear and see and be faith driven.
The violations Christ Jesus had to endure.
Treated as a criminal, He was and is pure.
An innocent Man sacrificed for all men.
To give man a chance to come home again.
Christ Lord Jesus gave Himself for sin and death.
The One who made all, gave us spirit, gave us breath.
We are all malefactors our crime, a debt of sin.
Been built up since the fall, oh to be born again.
To be born in spirit and to be saved.
Saved from a second death sin enslaved.
Confess with thy mouth, believe, be made free.
Christ Jesus came for all who hear and see.
Malefactors that in Christ found justification.
In the Lord being sanctified then, glorification.

Spot on with the Savor's redemption.
Your opening lines drew me in and that was clever as I rarely find poetry drawing me in :).
Unless it's a bit of a frolic. Which isn't always applicable of course.
It seems poets have a special musical chord which they hear and follow as they write.
I hope we see more of your writings.
