Interwoven threads create a plot that unfolds on the pages of my life and yours. What your life and mine should reveal is the divine story of amazing grace.
We have a story to tell but to find our story we have to read backwards. You and I need to take the time to review past events-finding their meaning with the gift of time and hindsight.
We can become entrapped in our own small world where we focus on the surface things of life. God will use the force of a waterfall to catch our attention.
Life will come to a standstill as God carves out pieces of time where you and I need to attend to our souls. It is in these silent places of solitude that we began to read the themes that God has written into your story and mine.
We begin to revisit scenes and circumstances that you and I thought were empty of his touch. Looking back it is clearer to see his fingerprints on the chapters of our life.
With fresh insight and knowledge our stories are rewritten and retold. Redemptive grace becomes our theme for the next chapter that is written.
Psalm 42:7 (The Message)
When my soul is in the dumps,
I rehearse everything I know of you,
From Jordan depths to Hermon heights,
including Mount Mizar.
Chaos calls to chaos,
to the tune of whitewater rapids.
Your breaking surf, your thundering breakers crash and crush me.
Then GOD promises to love me all day,
sing songs all through the night!
My life is God's prayer.

God bless you as He unfolds many exciting chapters of your life, with all trials and joys.
Let us serve Him with fear, rejoicing with trembling. (Psalm 2:11)
Keep writing for His honour.
It might skirt the topic a bit; nevertheless, it was a lovely read and I'm glad I stopped by to read it!
You did use the word "life" a bunch of times in the first two paragraphs. Sometimes it's good to change words now and then and look for different ways of saying them.
Thanks for a great entry. It's great how God is using your writing to bless other people. :)
reflection and thoughts. It was very uplifting.
