They seemed to dance before ones eyes, so enticing yet so far.
The moon rose above it and it looked so small that one thought lets go for a stroll up to the top and touch the moon.
Iced its top was so shiny in the light of the moon that it looked like it was moving dancing.
As the sun arose high above its pecks they looked like they weren’t there instead they were a blur, hidden behind its rays. As the sun rose higher and higher, you could see how high and majestic it really was.
So we made enquires as to how far, and if we could get close enough to the mountain, that we could climb to the top, and yes we were told we could get to within 3 kilometres from the summit.
Without further thought we got in the hire car and set off to see the mountain first hand.
With in a few minutes we were at the base and soon we were winding slowly but surely to the top, well so we though.
Higher and higher we rose and slower and slower we had to go, finally we came to the end of the road. A big sign said end of the road, foot traffic only and below that it said. We strongly advise visitors that they not go any further unless they are experienced climbers in Mountaineering.
So we decided to take a picture of each of us standing in ore of this majestic mountain.
We all climbed back into the car feeling rather short of breath and light headed.
We slowly edged our way back down the mountain.
As we drove back down we could see for miles in all directing as we rounded another corner we saw something entirely different and just as magnificent.
We arrived back at our rooms rather exhausted from the spectacular scenery and all, crashed onto our lovely soft, warm beds, arising early the next morning ready for the drive home.
Oh what a bore!
