ready to be refreshed.
So here I am,
with the sun on my face,
basking in the fresh air,
my eyes on the sky,
open to the One
who can breathe new life into my heart.
In the stillness,
an aroma like lavender,
an undeniable serenity,
a reassuring calm,
is breathed into me
and I cherish this peace.
In this hour,
I inhale a fragrance
fresh as lilacs in spring,
and feel I can rest in
whatever the Divine has in mind for me.
Have faith in him
to unfold the future in his time,
and I treasure this hope.
In this moment,
a whiff of a flower garden
lifts my spirit,
renews my mindset,
and makes my heart sing.
I can’t stop smiling
as I delight in this joy.
In this sacred time,
I inhale a lovely aroma
like a rose bouquet,
that flows to the deepest part of me,
envelopes my whole being,
and I revel in this love.
These divine, refreshing
breaths fill my heart
and move me to give.
The more peace, hope,
joy, and love I have in me,
the more I have to share with others.
I bow my head,
I am humbled
by a Holy God
who breathes through me.
