Have you ever stopped to think about how awesome it is that the God we serve WANTS to hear from us? As Francis Schaffer put it: He is there and He is NOT silent!

He desires for His people to talk to Him. He made us so that we could be in a relationship with Him.

He wants to hear from us not just with a Wish List, or when we have a complaint, but all the time ~~ pray without ceasing… in EVERYTHING give thanks. Pretty clear when He wants to hear from us, eh?

I am so thankful to be a in relationship with this God. I don’t have to go to a building to hear from Him. I don't have to do good works for Him to notice me. I don’t have to fast or make myself worthy. Christ already did that for me. I just have to be still and know that He is God.

God WANTS to hear from you today too!

Talk to Him. Cry out to Him. Praise Him. Thank Him. Question Him. Be real with God.

Even if you need to confess some things, be honest with Him about all that is going on in your life – He can take it, He’s a real big God!
