One thing I have noticed about email is that everyone I write to is very young! I am always surprised when a pal gives their age....
It only brings home something I have always known from observance and from talking to people of great age.
I ask them how young do you feel? They almost always tell me that inside they feel like a teenager. I now notice this in myself.

So I think it is just like a teenager driving a old jalopy car. Though the car is old and suffers the wear and tear of age until finally it is discarded and must be junked and then you step out into a bright new model one day, one that does not suffer any ravages of time.

The driver is ageless the vehicle is not. I guess you already know where I am headed with this ! Right, you are right. One day we will discard these junkers we drive and step out into a shiny new vehicle. We will traverse the universe in the new ageless vehicles we will have.

Another thing I have noticed is that we are all great singers. Opera is not a problem either and we can all sing the national anthem perfectly with no cracks in our voice.
The only problem is that we can only do this inside of our mind :) You should hear the high notes I can hit within my mind....

One other thing I have seen is that love and forgiveness is a tide that runs within us... however when taken outside of ourselves and exercised it sometimes falls short of the goal we had wished for :)

I think the fault is in the fallible vehicles we are in. My vehicle has this croaky old horn but I know one day it will sound like a trumpet. Right now my vehicle has aches and irritability it just does not have the capacity to deal with the streams of love and forgiveness that flow within me. It stalls out when traveling down a path of patience.

One day though I will step out of this miserable anchor I am in and I will soar like a eagle and have the tenderness of a dove. I will sing with a choir of angels and there will be no speed I cannot achieve . Best of all I will meet all of you who will in time also exit your vehicle when it no longer wants to run and step into the new......one reason I am so sure of this is because I know the one who holds the keys. Best of all it is free for the tsking.
