Thank You God, from up above
You give me living water
Your peace flows so, like a dove
I am blessed to be Your daughter
Everytime I think I might not write again
You fill me up and give me results with my pen
This gift You gave, I do adore
I hold precious, in high regard
For I long for You, more and more
This is part of my healing when times are hard
I confide in You to work it out
And trust beyond the seen
For You remove all my doubt
And purge me to be clean
This thing I do with paper and pen
Has helped me grow close to You
Theraputic, I call it, again and again
Amazing, captivating and very true
Now friends and family often say
Go see a doctor for this or that
But I drop to my knees and pray
For this, is where it's at
Healing, comfort, and yes relief
Jesus, Great Counselor, my belief
