Israel's Significance--Part 2.

As I had mentioned in my first posting on Israel that God says in His Word,"...I bless...and I will curse..."anyone who places their hand to Israel.As we can see,for example in God's Word we see in Zech.1:14,"...I am jealous for Jerusalem and for Zion with a great jealousy."Just like how God also says that He is jealous over us,both of these terms refer to the fact that it is not how we view jealousy as envy or bitterness but in reference to God it is "vigilant in guarding a possession."God is vigilant in guarding Israel as He is with the Church as well.You see when Jesus came riding on a donkey into Jerusalem the Jews could have accepted Him there,but they didn't.When Jesus was before Pontius Pilate and his wife came and told him not to have anything to do with this man because she had had dreams.Pilate knew that Jesus was innocent and he would have let Him go,but of course we all know that that would not happen because Jesus knew what needed to be done.He knew why He came.

The Jews then cried and said,"...crucify Him,crucify Him..."and then added,"...His blood be on us and our children..."At that point or somewhere in and around this time God's attention moved from Israel to the church,not that He had forgotten Israel or was finished with them as re-placement theology puts it{they believe that God is finished with Israel}.Israel at the point of Jesus' crucifixion her time stopped,prophetically speaking,there is still a 1 week gap-1 week=7 years.That will be the time of the Great Tribulation.Her time has been stopped and will only start up again after 2,000 years when the time of "...the gentiles be fulfilled..."Amazingly,how sweet our God is,He still has His hand on Israel and is protecting her and sustaining them,using the Church--christians--to bless her.What a privilege!!!!!I am honored that God would enable me to help His people.Israel is known as God's wife,the Church is the Bride of Christ.

God is raising up a Bride through the church for His Son.I believe very soon that God will give the go ahead to His precious Son,Jesus and He will come and Rapture His Bride--the church.You see our judgment already occurred,at the cross of Calvary.We are under no more condemnation,that is why we are not subject to go through the Great Tribulation as many in the church believe,sadly.You see when you do not understand the significance that Israel has in the world,the rest of your facts in regards to "end-times" will be off the mark completely.God has not subjected us to wrath but to salvation.The Great Tribulation is known as the time of "..Jacob's troubles.."Jacob if you remember was changed to "Israel"by God Himself.

Israel is and forever will be "God's."He will rule and reign from Jerusalem.During the 1,000 year reign of Christ on earth.Then and only then will the would experience PEACE.Hallelujah!!!!!!And not by man's devices.
