What role does the family play in todays society?Looking at our society today one has to wonder what has happened to "Family" in this generation.Teens who are shooting each other,a hatred in youth that they can't love the way that young adults fifty or so years ago could.What happened?What went wrong?How have we failed this generation's youth?All these questions are of utmost importance in our world today.
As with all questions,one can immediately turn to God's Word which holds the answers to all our questions and concerns.God in His loving kindness spoke His Word through ordinary individuals like you and me.Some were Kings,others were poor fishermen, others were tax collectors.They all came from different backgrounds.God's Word holds the keys to all our problems that we face daily.Plus it is the main instruction book at how to raise our children.
God is a Father Himself,so most likely He would know far more at being able to tell us at how to raise these precious jewels that He has entrusted to us to care for and to raise to be Godly men & women who can then make a difference in other peoples lives.Meaning,He instructs us to be wise,Godly parents.Sadly,we have really neglected God's Word and all that it tells us at how to live our lives.No wonder our youth and now children have no respect for God's Word or anything that is righteous and Holy.God said in Deu.6:7 that we need to teach His truths to our children then and only then will our children become Godly men & women who want nothing more then to please God and serve Him all their lives.We all make mistakes,and God knows full well that we will,because no one is perfect.We have imperfections and so forth.Let God have your children.As in Psalms 27:10, says that God can care for us even when our fathers & mothers have forsaken us.You do not hear it on the evening news,but in todays generation of children and youth,literally thousands have neither father nor mother.Parents today--those who care deeply for their children and are raising them to be Godly--are almost few and far between.Most homes children never hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ.Sad,because then they go off to school and hear swarms of lies that they just happened by chance,evolution,that is why people have become so hardened to just being able to abort babies without thinking.The human soul and spirit of today sadly has become very numb.I truly feel,just like God's Word says,"..If you forget my word,it will be your children who pay the price.."is literally happening before our very eyes.This generation has forgotten its most precious,valuable possessions.Our children.

Family,fathers & mothers working together,this is the formula for raising our children with the Bible in hand.
