Then I saw
a new heaven
and a new
earth....
and I saw
the holy city,
new Jerusalem,
coming down
out of heaven.....
prepared as a bride...

to Antarctica?"

(Make face up at air vent.)

and all.......Ya KNOW?"

Lord!
(Smile.)
Just frozen water,
and whales,
and sunlight.....
and, eh.....
Ya know:
a lotta PENGUINS!"

"Yes,
little one.
I understand."

awful BAGGAGE!
Take it from ME,
LORD!
(Yell up at air conditioning vent.)
One thing
Ya don't NEED in
this LIFE is a
whole lotta
BAGGAGE!"

"What sort, child."

"HUH?
Ya know......like,
MEMORIES,
and stuff like THAT!
BELIEVE me: Ya
don't want it, LORD!
(Grimmace.)
You're just askin'
for TROUBLE!"

[NOD.]
"I see."

"YEAH!
NOW Y'ur gettin'
the PICTURE!
Just stay AWAY from
it, LORD! Go someplace
ELSE!"

[SILENCE.]

"Far, FAR AWAY!"

[PATIENT SILENCE.]

"YEAH!
YOU BET!
Just STAY AWAY
from that WRETCHED
PLACE, LORD!
BELIEVE ME!
You'll be MUCH better
OFF!"

"Tell Me something,
child."

"YEAH, LORD?
What's THAT?"

"Tell Me."

"YEAH?
You just ask ME,
LORD! I'LL tell
Ya what to DO!
Don't LISTEN
to the rest of
those GUYS!
ANTARCTICA'S
the PLACE!"

[PATIENT NOD.]
"Tell Me something,
child:
Where does one
go.......
to escape their heart?"

Jerusalem.
