Intimacy and Privacy with God!!

Being in close relationship with God Almighty needs no dressing up. God already knows who we are and accepts us in the same manner so it is foolish to talk in another’s tone and diction; he expects us to be ourselves. Although I do get a anxious about my grammar when writing for public viewing, but when writing to God I am relaxed.

Declaring God’s Word over our lives 15.12.2007

Lord, thank You for Your Word in Word For Today. Lord, You are confirming everything, these are the same words You have spoken to me even the very Scriptures used today; I have already used them in prayer. Lord, You said through Your servant - before I call You will answer, even while I am speaking You are hearing and listening to me.

Thank You for the words which You’ve spoken even on Christian TV through Your servant, confirming my prayer, confession and declaration which I have spoken. Lord, thanks for sealing them and bringing them to pass. Lord, even this morning on TV, the word came that You have already completed everything in 2007 and I am now entering a new beginning.

Father this give me boldness to bring my children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and their spouses to You; their salvation has been sealed and completed. Thank You for the new beginning in 2008.

You have allowed me to hear all that I have spoken and You have showed me, that those words I have spoken to You in prayer is not going amiss because they have been spoken by Your Spirit – spoken through me.

Father, this morning the writer of WFT has written a prayer declaring Your Word. He said that we should use it to pray, so I am going to use it as it is or change the words as the Spirit leads, but I will use every Scripture to pray with him.

“Father, You told me not to be afraid because You are with me, and You are upholding me, so those who come against me will not succeed (paraphrased see Is 41:10-11).

You said, ‘No evil shall come near me or overtake me, nor any plague or disaster have power over my home, for You will order Your angels to protect me’ (paraphrased see Ps 91:10-11).

Lord, You said when we walk through the rivers of difficulty (‘when I’m in it over my head’) You would never let me drown, and when I walk through the fires of adversity (when’ the heat is on’) You will not let me burn for You are watching over me (see Is 43:2-3).
Lord You said (one of my favourite quotation and which I’ve proven), ‘No weapon formed against me shall prosper’ (Is 54:17).

Lord, I can not keep the enemy’s weapons from being formed but I know You will keep them form prospering against me. Lord, You said ‘If I ask anything according to Your will You would grant me my request’ (see 1John5:14-15). Lord, You said as I walk in obedience, You will bless me whenever I come in or go out, You will bless me as I lay down and as I get up ( see Deut 28:6). You told me to give all my troubles to You and You would take care of me (1Peter 5:7).

So here they are Lord, every fear and intimidation of man, every needs and lack, everything related to my mind, body soul and spirit; everything regards to family, home, church/church family and friends. I shall rise victoriously above every negatives situation and walk as Your Word says I should walk. I shall be a blessing to Your body and walk in the Spirit and not in the flesh.

Today Lord, I am standing on Your Word, You said it and that’s settled it. Amen! Amen!!
