Washing of the Word





2nd Peter 1:8
For if these things be in you and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

2nd Peter1:9
But he that lacks these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.

2nd Peter1:10
Wherefore the rather brethren, give diligence to make calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:

2nd Peter1:11
For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.



2nd Peter1:5-7
And besides this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; and to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; and to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.



Faith- Heb11:1 now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. - Just because you don’t see it doesn’t mean that it is not there. Faith is the proof that it is there amen alleluia in Jesus name.

Substance-reality, solidity- firmness.
Evidence- information tending to prove a fact or proposition, proof.

Virtue- moral excellence.

Knowledge – prov1:7 the fear of Yahweh is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction. Truth that is known. Facts that is known. Knowing Jesus, abba amen alleluia.

Temperance- moderation esp. in eating or drinking. Abstinence from alcohol.

Patience- ability to endure delay, hardship, provocation etc. perseverance or forbearance. Perseverance- continuing steadfastly. Forbearance- patient self-control, tolerance in Jesus name. Amen alleluia.

Godliness- being like God, our father, being perfect as he is perfect, he lives in us we are changed into his image as he dwells in us. Amen.

Brotherly kindness- friendly, generous, benevolent- well-wishing, actively friendly and helpful in Jesus name Amen alleluia.

Charity- 1Cor.13:4-8. charity suffers long, and is kind; charity envies not; charity vaunts not it-self, is not puffed up, doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinks no evil; rejoices not in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Charity never fails…
Perfect love casts out all fear in the name of Jesus the anointed one and His anointing. Amen alleluia.
