OTHER people having these
sweet DREAMS about You?
That's not FAIR!"

"Why, Mein kinderlah?"

"Oops.
Well, 'cuz, eh.....I never
have dreams, like THAT.
How COME?"

"Because you don't let Me
in, child."

"Hey, that's not TRUE!
I talk to You, all the TIME!"

"That's not the same, My child."

"What d'Ya MEAN?
We're not gonna' talk about
those DOORS, again....
are we?"

[NOD.]

"It's CHRISTMAS time,
Lord! Can't we just
NOT talk about this
stuff, right now?
It's too heavy."

[LAUGH.]
"What is Christmas time,
My child?"

"Eh, well....You know
what it's about, Lord."

"What, child?"

"Uh, it's about....
the Baby in the manger."

"Who, child?"

"This is getting very
complicated, Lord.
You KNOW I'm Jewish."

[SMILE.]

"Well, they tell me......
I mean, these Christians....
that It was....YOU."

"Do you BELIEVE it?"

"Well......it's a darn good
story. I know I couldn've
written it."

[SMILE.]
"Who wrote It, child?"

"Did YOU?"

[NOD.]

"Hey, LORD?"

"Yes, My beloved?"

"I didn't mean that,
about the dreams.
I was just teasin'."

"Yes, I know."

"Do You know EVERYTHING,
Lord?"

[NOD.]

"Oy vey."

[NOD.]
