Our disregard of God’s system has expanded the human ego of men until we are now in danger of annihilation. As nations and governments we have abdicated our responsibility to care for the people and resources of the earth. Now we are paying the price.

What does it mean to multiply and yet not care for the resources needed to nourish the people?

What happens when the greed of men and their hunger for power denies necessities to those who are weak or ill?

The abused, ill, and unschooled are thrust into hopelessness that expands with each generation. The powerful oppress the weak in every possible way. The hope of improvement grows dimmer and dimmer. Opportunity for a decent life becomes unavailable to a swelling multitude. Religion teaches them to accept their pitiful plight while powerful men and nations dine on lobster and caviar.

The powerful make the decisions for the powerless. Can we really expect their decisions to benefit the oppressed, weak, or ill? Little by little resources are hoarded by a few, unused and of no benefit to mankind. The earth weeps.
