As most often seems to occur, I was wakened at 3:00am by a dream this morning. My dreams are usually much more clear than this one was. Hope I can get the details right:

I saw a puzzle in letter and picture format. The letters of my name were scattered throughout the images. When it was all put together, I don't know what kind of picture the images made, but the letters turned out to be my full name in vertical block letters... like this:

V
A
etc..

In a separate view of what was happening, several of my loved ones were taking different pieces and putting them in place, but strangely (hard to explain) they were not touching the picture puzzle. They were putting other things in place (according to where I told them they were supposed to go) and then one of the puzzle images (in the picture format) would move into its place.

One example, (and the only one I can remember now) is that my sister had what appeared to be an image of an orange cone like the ones that you'd see at a road construction site. I told her "Put that behind the seat of my truck." I felt like it wasn't there for me to use, but that it would come in handy as I didn't have "warning" when I needed it before, but now I would. She opened my truck door to put the image of the cone in there, but then put an actual cone in there. Then an image in the puzzle, (whose image I couldn't really see that well and did not appear to be a picture of a cone, but I knew it represented the same thing) moved into place.

At the end of the dream, all the puzzle pieces were together and my name ran down the left side of the puzzle. Then I woke up and spent a long while trying to remember details, but they just wouldn't come back. That cone is the only specific thing that I'm able to remember. But I feel like there were other images there as well... things just as important as that cone. I felt all of the letters coming together to form my name in a physical sense as well... not just in the image puzzle, as though pieces of me were all coming together to form the whole of me.

I finally gave up trying to remember and started drifting off again and dreamt that I had been given a prophetic word to a brother in Christ while preaching a sermon at church one day. (No, I don't usually preach at church, but I have before.) Maybe, however, the word was for me? I said to him: "You've become quite weary. The Lord put a great, great mountain in your path. Every single day, you seem to beat your fist over and over." (At that point, I began to beat my right fist into my left palm and there were actual tears in my eyes.) "That mountain isn't going to move, though you do have the authority to tell mountains to move. But that one isn't moving because GOD put it there for a reason. And He would say to you, 'Rise up, Daughter! (notice here that I said "Daughter" instead of "Son"... hmm) Get you up and go over it. You need the faith muscles. And when you take that first step, I will set you up there. I'll cause the muscle to grow without another hard climb, for I know you are wearied.'" (I then saw not my brother in Christ, but me, stretching out my foot and then immediately moving from the bottom of a mountain to the top, as though flying.)

Then I went to a sister in Christ, laid my hands on the back of her shoulders and said "This is what the Lord would say to you, 'Every moment of every day, My eye is upon you. I adore you, Apple of My Eye. I wait for you. Though My eye is upon you continuously, I ask only that you give Me five minutes, five minutes of your complete and undivided attention. I would open up the heavens over you and pour oil over your head. I would cover you from head to toe in the balm of Gilead. I want you whole.'"

When I got up after the second dream and decided to write it all down, (as much as I could remember) I logged on, waiting for a dream forum page to open and read an e-mail from "The Quickened Word" while I waited. It was a picture of ocean waves, a rainbow, and a dove flying over the waves. It contained this scripture:

Who are these who fly like a cloud, and like doves to their roosts?
Surely the coastlands shall wait for Me;
and the ships of Tarshish will come first,
To bring your sons from afar.
