When I went out walking today,
the air was fresh and cool,
all the children were out at play
before they had to go to school.

They were happy and laughing with joy
it is the last week of class
and then the endless summer begins,
playing all day in the trees and grass

They seemed like brightly colored flowers
dancing down the street,
whirling and twirling in sweet abandon,
the future was theirs to meet.

I feel just like that each day I wake,
and know it is true,
that I have all the riches in the world
because God gave me you!

I feel like dancing down the street,
summer flower, dancing toes,
dancing and jumping to greet the day,
my love for you just overflows!

How can this still be new every day,
dreams again coming true,
because with God all things are transformed,
every day I have a new I LOVE YOU!

So I will dance with praise and joy,
thanks floating up above
for all the wonder and joy of my life,
all because I have you to love!
