May you find your blessing
On gentle shores beyond;
That in Him you’d be resting,
Right where you belong;

May the God of peace in Jesus Christ
Calm your raging soul;
As you learn of His sacrifice,
Made to make you whole;

May the Spirit of the Father
Bring you in His light,
To bring you born as Jesus’ brother,
Renewed by divine might;

May I find we’re kindred spirits;
Children of our God;
I’ll rejoice right when I hear it,
And He, we’ll both give laud;

May my God rejoice in truth,
As you bow to Him alone;
And I’ll rejoice at the proof,
When I see us home.
