Prayers
I Can Do Nothing
New year’s resolutions
Fall by the wayside
In my own power
Built on foolish pride
You said I can do nothing
Without You as my guide
Why is this simple lesson
So hard for me to abide
Lord, take my life
Mold it in Your hands
Instill in me abandonment
From my natural plans
Carve me into Your image
Holy Spirit, take control
Do with me what You will
And never let me go…..
For I can do nothing
Without You
I am nothing
I am nothing
Without You
