Do you know I still love you,
And that I haven’t left you?

You are ever on My mind,
For you are mine:
First through creation;
Second through redemption;

So I am here, and I hear every cry,
Even the unvoiced ones;

I can overrule all the guilt,
I am nearer than your heart;
I am closer than your skin;

I have not turned from what I have
In store for you;
I revoke nothing;
Nothing you can do can cancel all My dreams
For you, My heart;

I hold your breath; I keep your heart;
Nothing can make you fade away from Me,
For Life comes from Me; death is My slave;

You know this deeply; this truth resides in your bones;
I only wait to see you rejoice at these things;

See how My heart aches for you;
This is that which will outlast the stars...
