part-2 Of The Test Drive

Do you recall the tale of two cars
side by side, at the light
Well the plain car is still, at it's same speed
while the souped up one, picked up spite

In the race once more the engines did roar
shifting gears along the way
The slow paced car, put theirs in knowledge
but the souped up one, didn't care to pray

Then suddenly they came upon a station
full of treats to make the race light
There was grace and mercy, truth and kindness
that would help ones on their flight

But the souped up car, flew by with a blast
kicking up dust of malice and strife
Not giving any thought, for the slow plain car
and threw words that cut like a knife

But the slow plain car, kept on rejoicing
for it had forgiveness, under it's wheels
The bright pretty car, just kept on grumbling
adding loads of hate, beneath it's heels

Soon they both came, upon a curve
the plain car, began to slow down
But the souped up car, didn't stop to think
to take precaution, before it went around

Ahead the signs read, road slippery when wet
also gave, in what speed to drive
Which gives a picture about God's word
when we apply and bid it to ride

Then it can lead and direct on this journey
and give the right baggage, to take in the run
And the only tripple-A, one would need
is the word of God, that will fit anyone

And it matters not the make of the car
as long, if it's well tunned up
So it's not in the speed, or in how it looks
long as it's filled up, by God's Love cup
