Lives presently done
Lives yet to come
All intertwined
Into one
Within the Chalice of Time

Within the Chalice of Time
Are histories
Of the coming
And passings
Of worlds
Known and unknown
Of beings
Seen and unseen
Of all things
High and low
Of things of which
We may never know
Have existence
Within the Chalice of Time

Within the Chalice of Time
Are the finite and eternal
The mortal and immortal
Where one intersects
And overlaps the other
There is learning to be gleaned
And mysteries to uncover
Within the Chalice of Time

Within the Chalice of Time
All things
All peoples
All places
Combine
Inclusive and intrusive
With the Chalice of Time
Within the Chalice of Time
