My Secret Place
My secret place is in Jesus
In my Savior I will abide
I’ll stay right in His shadow
For He is my righteous guide.
There’s never reason to doubt
I trust completely in Him.
He’s my refuge and fortress
My Jesus does not condemn.
He holds my hope for heaven
He keeps me free from strife
He saved my soul from hell
And gave me eternal life.
He sent The Comforter to me
Just like He said He would
He will never forsake me
I’m His child, by the blood.
Psalm 91: 1-2 KJV
He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

For He is my righteous guide-- This is a really good one, and the line about staying right in His shadow I really like. When I was a boy I would go coon hunting at night with my dad and an uncle. I stayed right on their heels so as not to get lost. Like you, I am going to stay right in Jesus's shadow now, and I know I will not lose sight of Him. Thanks, and again, I like this. Thomas
