Where are you Lord?
I cry out in pain
I so need to feel
Your comfort again.
I am now broken
I am all alone
I know not how to pray
I can only groan.
Dear Abba, Father
Do not turn away
Jehovah Shammah
Be here for me today.
Pierce the black darkness
With Your heavenly light
Envelop my spirit
With Yours, so bright.
Deliver my heart of fear
The evil one has placed
Pour in Your victory,
Your mercy and grace.
The Lord is there
Jehovah Shammah, His name
As humbly I seek Him
For His presence to claim.
