Trouble in marriage often starts when a man gets so busy earning
his salt that he forgets his sugar. Young men contemplating
marriage -- never forget that.

In July we'll be traveling to PA for a family reunion. That's
always an enjoyable time -- seeing relatives we haven't seen in
many years and seeing new offspring that we've never seen. It'll
be a grand time. I hope you occasionally get to attend a family
reunion.

If you ever listen to southern style gospel music, you'll be aware
that Heaven and reuniting with loved ones are themes that are
repeated song after song. It is also a common thread of thought
in funeral messages.

So, will you know your loved ones in Heaven? We all hope so,
but we probably can't know with any certainty until we get there.
There are so many mysteries associated with our concept of
Heaven, that it is no wonder that song writers have a field day
with imagined concepts.

I just said to Betty, "Do you realize how many millions upon
millions of redeemed ones there will be in Heaven -- how will I
find you?" Her reply, "You'll have all of eternity to look." There
is so much about Heaven that we don't and won't know until we
get there. It's no wonder that speculation runs wild.

This one thing is sure -- to get there you need to make your
reservation by acknowleding your sinful nature and placing your
total faith in Jesus Christ. The Bible states that clearly in one
passage after another like this one in Matt. 5:10 (niv), "God
blesses those who realize their need for Him, for the kingdom of
Heaven is given to them." Get your reservation in early!
