When I am silent, pray for me
When you don’t hear from me in a timely manner,
Something just isn’t right,
It will soon be okay,
But pray for me another day.

Sometimes I have different things on my mind,
I have some decisions to make,
And some different roads to take,
I don’t mean to ignore you,
Are put you on the back burner,
I am just gathering things together in my mind,

During the time that I am silent,
I usually don’t talk to anyone that much,
I know people miss me when they can’t get in touch,
My mind is so bound with different things,
I wouldn’t want to put the burden on anyone else,
Sometimes it is better if I just stay to self,

Sometimes there are things I just can’t share,
Me and my Father only understands,
Occasionally I share with my husband,
And sometimes I push him out to,
I don’t mean to be rude,
And I am not trying to be non-sociable,
It’s just that I am putting my focus on Christ,
No man are woman would understand me anyway,
So when I am silent I just pray.

I know sometimes my friends and family get mad,
And they feel as if something is wrong,
But it’s when I am silent I am growing strong,
At these points in my life I just want you guys to understand,
That what I am going through,
I only need god and not man.
I hope you understand,
And maybe someday you will know what I am going through,
You haven’t done anything wrong,
It’s just me trying to carry on,
Sometimes we all need to be silent,
Spend a week in your own shell,
Get away from this world of hell,
When you enter back,
Your mind will be on track,

You can start again,
You will have more strength than what you had back then,
You will feel better,
You don’t feel the burden being so heavy,
You have your Father as a levy.
You give him all your burdens,
You worry no more,
Things will be better than before.

So when I am silent pray for me,
Don’t get mad and try and find sympathy,
I will be okay it s just me and my Father spending time away.
