Your change will soon come,
The burdens may be heavy right now,
The storms rage, the sun want seem to shine,
Hold on Jesus is not far behind

The burden that you think is so hard to bare,
The depression puts you in a stare,
You feel that the burden is so heavy,
Your heart feel its all played out.

Don't worry hold on He will come,
Your patience has somewhat worn thin,
You feel you need your cup filled again,
You pray for an answer what could it be,
Is my Father still hearing me,

You think He has left you in the cold,
You wait for the day you can unfold,
Hold on my child your change will come,
Maybe in an hour I don't know,
If we endure for a night,
Joy will come in the morning light.

I don't know when your change will come,
Hold on this race has to be run,
You may struggle and sometimes fall,
Always remember you have a savior to call,
Pray day in and day out,
Your prayers will be heard,
Never stop reading the word,

My Lord is not far away,
He likes to hear us when we pray,
When we are in need is when we grow strong,
This is when we know we can hold on.

Hold on your change will come,
Open your heart and endure the storm.
