God sends us flowers-
after, the rain
And they come in bunches
in their own name

Now one of them, we call joy
all shinning and bright
And there are, the yellow ones
that glows like a light

Here comes the red and pink ones
to, perk up, one's day
Oh what cheer, they do give
when it's dark and gray

There are the precious white ones
that are, pure as a dove
Which showers down and all around
with lovely, petals of love

Then there is, the Lavender blue
that do, smell so sweet
Which makes one, want to share
with, others you meet

Now each one of these flowers
fills the heart with glee
With blessings hard, to overlook
once, the heart does see

So into, my little vase heart
I will put each one
And thank my Heaveny Father
for sending us his Son
