We don't have to be on the devil's roll call
nor to let him have our name
Stay off his hit list, that leads to death
for our downfall is his aim

Anything that is dead just go and bury it,
and let it stay in the ground
Don't keep going back to dig it up again
but work to gain your crown

The only difference is that, he's doubled his shift
the same device's he did use before
But God said he can't win, he has already lost
so lets tell the devil no more

God says he will the enemy says he won't
trying to fill our minds with doubt
God says to us, his word will not return
so go on and kick each lie out

For we are sealed by the promise's of God
written down within the heart
And we can stand on them , be it day or night
if we don't let them depart

God has a secret place with your name on it
that's how precious you to him
So lets take him at his word, it will not fail
but will work even when it's dim
