“Remember The Creator”

Ecclesiastes 12:13 says: let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.

The reason we exist is in no power of our own. We are still here because of the grace and mercy of God. The devil could have killed us a long time ago but God said not so. Death has knocked on many of our doors but God kept us protected. I`m not just talking about now as Christians, I`m talking about when we were in the world and didn`t know God. It hurts God`s heart when people go through life without acknowledging who he is. He is our source of life and besides him, there is no other.

The sad thing is that some people go to church say thank you Jesus a few times then live their lives completely void of God. It is not fair to treat God like a genie, only coming to him when we what something. We owe our souls to him because he created us. If it wasn`t for the love of God and the blood of Jesus we would be on our way to a devil`s hell.

Romans 5:8 says that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us. It is amazing that man praises man more than God. Yet man cannot save man from the bottomless pit. Psalm 9:17 mentions that the wicked shall be turned into hell and all the nations that forget God. Remember the Creator. God created us, and all things for his glory. It is in him that we move and have our being.

The God we serve is an awesome God. We should be so fortunate to have a God that remembers his covenant and that we are as grass that withers away. We need him to live but he does not need us to live. Before the world was, he is. There is coming a day of judgment when we will have to give account of what we did with our lives and what we did with Jesus Christ. Everything we do and say must be done with God in mind; if it`s sin repent and get back in line. Repentance shows that we reverence the creator.

The United States of America is blessed because of God. All the material and financial resources exist not because of our own intelligence. God blessed this nation because of men who remembered him hundreds of years ago. Yet we sing the pledge of Allegiance and then live the opposite of the way God says to live. On 9/11 thousands of people prayed and went to church but where are they now? As this nation continue to live Godlessly, the grace and mercy of God endureth still. With demonic activity running rampant God`s hand is stretched out still. Ecclesiastes 12:7 says then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it. Remember the Creator. Amen.
