Lord strengthen my heart in every day
for the battle, it rages on
Build me up, so that I can stand
so I can have a new song
Put new shingles upon my roof
so my head won't carry any doubt
shield my heart, to secure your love
and wait until you bring me out
Let the windows, my eyes, see through the spirit
so they can be clear to banish the fears
Replace my sidings to endure the pains
and Lord bottle up all my tears
Put a lock on, the doors of my heart
So not to let anything enter there-in
Let your peace abide while I'm on this ride
and extend more grace to help me to win
Settle my steps so they won't be swift
go before them and make the road straight
For you O' God do know the right paths
to keep me from falling into the enemies bait
My kitchen is open to you O' Lord
I will let you prepare each meal
Knowing you will give me what I need
and what is not known, you will reveal
Please come and dine with me, in every room
speak to my heart, around each hour
Sufficient me for, each on going test
rain down, on me, more power
Now this house belongs to you O' Lord
decorate it how you want it to be
Restore the old furniture, make it brand new
and my heart and soul, will praise thee
Lord protect my walls from the wars outside
from the arrows that fly day and night
Camp your angels all around this house O' Lord
and be forever my bright burning light
Help my floors be balanced by your word
so to be setteled on solid ground
Strengthen this heart and soul each day
and this house will never go down
